First results of the German COVIVD-HL Survey are available
Almost 15,000 students from 130 universities across Germany took part in an online survey on digital health literacy in times of Corona. The majority of university students report sufficient digital health literacy. However, more than 42 percent of those surveyed report difficulties in assessing the quality of health information on the coronavirus. In addition to difficulties in finding the information they are looking for on the Internet, some students have problems in formulating their own concerns in a precise and understandable way when they write messages about the coronavirus themselves, and in assessing who can read messages posted on social networks or forums.
